If purchased, will the software and customer panel have a time limit for use? Do I have to pay an annual fee?
+No. There is no annual fee. The duration of use is unlimited.
What are the minimum system resources for installing a dedicated player on a user's device?
+If they are using Windows XP or above, .NET Framework 3.5 is required. And if they use Android, Android version 5 or above.
Can the serial number be set for use on more than one device?
+Sure. After registration, from the customer panel, you can set the number of times to use the serial number on a panel to use on a maximum of 3 devices.
